I accidentally dropped my phone in water, and it was completely submerged for less than a second. I quickly pulled it out, dried it off, shook out the water from the speakers and charging ports, and restarted it. Initially, it showed a message saying headphones were plugged in, but after a restart, that went away. However, it's back again, even though nothing is actually plugged in, and I can't hear anything from the speakers. Is this something I should be concerned about?

Since you used your phone right after it got wet, that's a bit worrying. Usually, it's best to turn it off and let it dry completely first. You might want to give it some time powered off to avoid any potential damage.
