I've been facing some issues with my laptop recently. I got a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) for the third time in the last month, and now the screen and keyboard lights are completely out. The laptop seems to be on since I can hear it running, and the power light is lit. Plus, I can even charge my phone using it. What should I do to troubleshoot this problem?

You might want to download a diagnostic tool like OCCT to run some tests. Also, take a look in the Windows Event Viewer for any error codes that could give clues. Did anything significant change in your setup a few months back? Any new hardware or software updates?

First, it would be really helpful to get some dump files for analyzing the BSODs. If possible, try to boot into Windows normally or through Safe Mode to check for crash logs in C:WindowsMinidump. If you find any files, zip them up and upload them to a file-sharing site. Just make sure to have multiple files if you can, as that will give better insight into what went wrong.

Can you share some details about your laptop setup? Like what version of Windows you’re running and your hardware specs? This info is important for diagnosing the issue better.
