So, I recently ran into a problem after trying to fix Bluetooth issues on my custom-built PC. It crashed while I was attempting to uninstall the Bluetooth drivers hoping they'd reinstall automatically like they did before. I ended up having to roll back to a restore point, but during that process, the computer crashed again while trying to update. Then I had to reinstall Windows 10 via a USB drive. Now, post-installation, both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth just aren't working at all.
I've checked Device Manager with 'Show hidden devices' enabled, but there's no Bluetooth section visible. The only thing listed under the Network adapters is a Realtek PCIe 2.5GbE Family Controller and a bunch of WAN Miniports. On top of that, everything in the Other devices section has a yellow caution sign next to it, including the Network Controller and some unknown devices. In the Network & Internet settings, it says I'm 'Not connected' to any networks, and troubleshooting suggests I plug in an Ethernet cable, but I was using Wi-Fi before. I'm pretty sure I have the same device for both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Any guidance on which drivers I need to reinstall to get these working would be greatly appreciated!

You should download the drivers from the manufacturer's website, specifically for your motherboard or the network card if you have one installed separately. You need the drivers for both your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, but since Bluetooth isn't showing up, it might just need the right driver to be recognized again. For that, check if your motherboard has a built-in Bluetooth capability listed in its specifications.
Just to clarify, if you can't find any Bluetooth option or drivers, it might mean that the Bluetooth chipset isn't being recognized by Windows. Sometimes, a specific driver package may include both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers, so make sure to download whatever is recommended for your hardware.
