I'm looking for advice on improving my gaming performance in Fortnite. I have a setup with an RTX 3050, an Intel i5 14400F, and 16GB of DDR5 RAM. I've heard from someone that their setup was worse but that Ryzen CPUs might perform better in Fortnite compared to Intel. Is there any truth to this, and what upgrades would you recommend to boost my FPS?

Upgrading your GPU would be the best option right now. Unless you're considering adding another stick of DDR5 RAM, focus on the graphics card. Ryzen CPUs do tend to be better for gaming due to their extra L3 cache, which could give you an edge, but your current CPU is just fine. Make sure to also optimize your system if you're on Windows 11 to get the best performance!
