What Upgrades Should I Consider for My Gaming PC?

Hey everyone! I'm looking to upgrade my gaming PC to boost performance, especially for higher FPS in games and to reduce stuttering I've been experiencing. Here's my current setup:

- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core
- Motherboard: Asus PRIME B350-PLUS ATX AM4
- RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 32 GB (4 x 8 GB) DDR4-2400 CL16
- Storage: SanDisk Ultra II 480 GB SSD + Western Digital WD_Black SN850X 4 TB NVME SSD + Seagate BarraCuda 2 TB HDD
- GPU: MSI Radeon RX 6800 16 GB
- Case: Corsair Carbide Series SPEC-04
- Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA 650 G+ 650 W 80+ Gold
- Monitors: Acer Nitro QG241Y 23.8" 1080p + Acer ED271U 27" 1440p
- Keyboard and Mouse: Redragon K552 & M602
- Headphones: Sennheiser HD 560S

I've been considering upgrading to the AMD 7800X3D or 9800X3D, but that would likely require new RAM, a motherboard, and maybe even a new power supply. My budget is around $1000, but I might wait for Cyber Monday to stretch it further. What do you think? Is it worth upgrading, and what should I focus on first?

Before diving into upgrades, it's crucial to clarify your goals: What are you aiming to achieve with your PC? Depending on whether it's more FPS or resolving stutter, your upgrade might differ.

I want higher FPS and to fix those annoying performance dips I've noticed in games. I'm thinking around $1000, but Cyber Monday might give me more leeway. Thanks for helping!
