What’s a Good Budget Motherboard for Gaming and Learning to Code?

I'm looking for advice on a good budget motherboard that can handle running Destiny 2 at 100+ fps. I also want to use this setup to learn coding. I know motherboards can be picky about which CPUs they support, so I'd like to pick one that fits well with the rest of my build. Should I lean towards Ryzen or Intel for the best value? My budget is around $400, and I'm also open to buying used parts if that helps me get better components without breaking the bank. Thanks in advance for your help!

First off, it's great that you're considering a setup tailored for both gaming and learning! For your budget, something like the MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX would be a solid choice if you go with a Ryzen CPU. It's known for good build quality and decent performance for the price, plus it supports the latest Ryzen chips well. You could also check out the ASUS TUF B450-PLUS Gaming if you want something sturdy with good features.

I agree, the MSI board is excellent for both gaming and coding! Plus, Ryzen CPUs generally offer better multi-threading performance for coding tasks, which might be something to consider.
