I'm dealing with my mum's Acer Swift sf114 32 that keeps shutting down randomly. I managed to get HWinfo working briefly, but the laptop turned off after about 10 seconds. The picture quality of the readings isn't great, but you can see them here: https://imgur.com/a/w0jrjcE. The laptop seems to shut down within minutes, especially when running any programs. Any insight on whether the readings indicate a problem or what might be causing this? I'd appreciate any advice!

From what you've posted, the temperatures look fine even under decent CPU load. It might be worth trying a live OS, like Hiren's Boot CD or a Linux distro like Ubuntu, booting from a USB to see if it shuts down there too. That way you can check if the problem persists without the original OS loaded up.
Just to double-check, is the laptop plugged in when it shuts down? How long has your mum had it?
