I've been having some serious issues with my mouse lately. At first, I thought it was just my laptop acting weird, but I realized it's definitely the mouse that's lagging. I tested my trackpad, and it works perfectly fine. I'm probably going to have to replace my mouse, but I'm really curious about why it's lagging in the first place. Any thoughts?

Is your mouse wireless? If so, it might be getting interference from other devices. If it's wired, though, that shouldn't be an issue.
Have you cleaned your mouse recently? Sometimes microscopic dust can really mess with the performance. Also, check the surface you’re using it on; cleaning both can sometimes help a lot!
