I'm experiencing an issue with a resource room mailbox where the calendar's working hours are showing inconsistently between different platforms. When I run the command `get-mailboxcalendarconfiguration -identity 'boardroom@domain'` in Powershell, it correctly shows the timezone as UTC +10. However, when I check the mailbox in Outlook Web App (OWA), it displays the working hours time zone as UTC -8. I'm confused about why there's such a difference between the two outputs and what steps I can take to resolve this issue.

I had the same problem recently. I logged in as the resource and tried updating the timezone, which prompted an option to "update active hours." After doing that, everything functioned normally again. It might be an issue with updates that didn't process correctly.
Looks like Powershell is on point while OWA is having a bit of an identity crisis. You might want to try clearing the cache in OWA or restarting your session. Sometimes Office 365 messes with timezones for no clear reason!
Have you checked the active hours directly in the Outlook desktop app? It sounds like there might be a syncing issue. If that’s the case, you might want to try updating the active hours and then going back to the original setting to see if it triggers a sync fix.
