I'm looking for the best budget-friendly CPU and GPU combo that can run games at 120 fps or more on high settings at 1080p. My total budget is €1200, and I prefer going with AMD components if possible. Any suggestions?

Honestly, I'm currently using an RX 5700 and an R5 5500 with 16GB of RAM. It handles Minecraft multiplayer on ultra settings at a solid 80-200 FPS! For your budget, consider the B580 paired with a 6700 XT and the 7600 to stay on AM5.

That sounds like a great setup! What's your experience with more demanding games?

I've had great success with an RTX 3070 and Ryzen 5600. The performance is fantastic, averaging over 200 FPS in FPS games, and it's still fairly budget-friendly.

If you're looking for something a bit different, try the 7600X along with a B580 motherboard. It's a reliable choice for performance without breaking the bank.

You might find the Arc A770 decent, as it has enough VRAM for most 1080p games. However, for the best bang for your buck, I'd suggest a Ryzen 7600X and RX 7700 XT to handle the latest games smoothly at 120 FPS based on various benchmarks.

Wouldn't the RX 6700 XT be a stronger choice for this kind of performance?

For a solid budget combo, I'd suggest the AMD 7500F paired with a 7800 XT. This setup is perfect for keeping costs down while still delivering excellent performance.

Absolutely, the 7500F truly shines as a budget king!
