I currently own a 1050 Ti and it's really struggling with most games, even on the lowest settings. I'm looking to upgrade to a budget GPU that can handle 1440p gaming better. I've seen some mentions of the 4060 Ti being a good choice, but a lot of that info is over a year old. Are there any better alternatives available today?

I'd save up for the 9060 XT (16GB), but if you can wait and push your budget, aim for the 9070 XT. Trust me, it's worth it!
A year ago, the RX 6700 XT was a solid option around $310-$320. However, the 4060 Ti isn't as powerful as the 6700 XT and has historically cost more. These days, the slightly better option might be the 9060 XT 16GB, priced around $350. It's worth considering!
Definitely check out the 9060 XT! But remember, since you're using a 1050 Ti, your entire system might need an upgrade too, especially the power supply.
It kind of depends on your budget. Just keep in mind that your power supply is crucial; if it can't support the new GPU, that’s another expense you'll face.
For budget, I'd recommend aiming for the 9060 XT 16 GB. It's a solid choice for 1440p!
What about the PSU though? Will my current one handle the new GPU?
Is the RX 6700 XT still good? I'm thinking of upgrading from my old RX 6600.
