Hey everyone!

I'm putting together a budget for a new PC build and I'm aiming for something that can handle 1440p ray tracing at high to ultra settings. I have a few different build options in mind, ranging from $1,100 to $2,900, and I'm curious about the cost/performance ratio for these builds.

Here are my current options:

- **$1,100**: R5 + 5070
- **$1,500**: R5 + 5070 Ti
- **$2,100**: R7 + 5080
- **$2,450**: R7 + 5080
- **$2,900**: R9 + 5080

I think my sweet spot is around $2,000, but I'd love to hear thoughts on the lower tiers too! I'm still undecided on a monitor, maybe something from the KTCs or AOC, but I haven't found many reviews on those yet.

Any suggestions, tips, or critiques about these builds? Let me know your thoughts!

I noticed a problem with your PCPartPicker link—might be worth fixing! Consider using the permalink for better visibility. Also, a table could help organize your build options more clearly.

For 1440p gaming, the 70 Ti should be great. You might also want to consider the x3d chips—they're just a bit more and can improve performance noticeably.

I think the $1,500 build with the 5070 Ti offers the best value for performance. If I were spending my own money, that’s the one I’d go for. You probably won’t notice a significant performance boost in-game by switching to the 5080—just keep that in mind!
