I'm looking for the best CPU cooler options for my 9800X3D. I've narrowed it down to these models: Peerless Assassin 140, Peerless Assassin 120 SE, Phantom Spirit SE, Royal Pretor, and ID-Cooling A720. I'm open to any other recommendations as well!

Out of the ones you listed, I think the Royal Pretor is the best choice. It's top-notch! The ID-Cooling one is quite loud, while the Peerless Assassin 140 is notable for being pretty quiet. All should keep your system cool, and you can always tweak the noise settings in BIOS to make them even quieter if needed!
