Hey everyone! We're a managed service provider (MSP) primarily dealing with Android devices across various client setups. We're currently searching for a more efficient remote device management solution that streamlines tasks like updates, app deployments, and device security measures. One of our main hurdles is limiting specific settings on client devices, such as locking network access or preventing app installations, while still being able to monitor and secure everything from one dashboard. Juggling various tools for each client isn't sustainable. I'd love to hear what others in the MSP community are using to manage their Android fleets, especially if it has helped centralize control and enhance security. Thanks in advance for your insights!

I used AirWatch back in the day and really enjoyed it, but I'm not sure how it holds up today. It could be worth checking out.
If you haven't already, check out r/msp for additional recommendations. It's a great resource for MSPs looking for guidance on tools.
Intune MDM has been a game changer for us. It pairs well with Office premium licensing, which means any company with fewer than 300 employees can manage all their devices (PCs and Androids) for roughly the cost of a coffee per employee each month. It's really cost-effective!
Managing Android devices has been a real struggle for us too. We need a solution that not only secures the devices but also provides control over the settings. Everything we've tried just hasn't met our needs. Has anyone found a management tool that strikes the right balance?
Absolutely agree! There's a misconception that you need a separate solution for each issue. The business premium licenses are affordable, and when you leverage the entire M365 suite, it’s unbeatable value for what you get.
