I'm trying to choose the best GPU for my Ryzen 5 7600x, ideally under $400, but I can stretch my budget a bit if needed. The primary uses will be gaming, streaming, and game development. I know Nvidia is generally better for tasks outside gaming, but I'm considering the 5060 ti I saw on Best Buy for $430. Any suggestions?

Either the 9060 XT 16GB or the 5060 ti 16GB will pair well with your CPU. Both are good choices and won't leave you wanting in most games. Aim for one of those and you should be all set!
Consider checking Facebook Marketplace. You might find better deals there since new cards can be pricey in certain areas.
Here's a suggestion from PCPartPicker: the XFX Speedster SWFT 210 Core Radeon RX 7700 XT with 12 GB for about $349.99. It could be a great choice within your budget!
The 9060 XT 16GB is just slightly over your budget at around 420 EUR, but it might be worth it for the extra performance. If going Nvidia, the 5060 ti is a solid pick as well. Don't forget about the 8GB versions if you think they’ll fit your usage just fine!
If you're leaning towards Nvidia, the 5060 ti with 16GB is your best option for that price range. It's solid for gaming and streaming.
Sounds good! That's what I was thinking too.
