I'm looking for recommendations for a graphics card with a budget of around 300€. I'm open to both new and used options. I primarily game at 1080p and found a used 6750 XT with 12 GB for 280€, which seems like a decent deal. I'm planning to upgrade my PSU as well. Here are my current specs: Ryzen 5 5600X, RX 570 4GB, A520M S2H motherboard, 500W PSU, 256 GB SSD, and a 1 TB HDD.

That 6750 XT is a solid choice for 1080p gaming! The price seems fair, but keep in mind that prices can vary a lot depending on where you live. If you can, try to haggle a bit. Also, if you plan to upgrade to a 1440p monitor in the future, this setup will be able to handle that nicely!
The RX 6750 XT is great for 1080p, but just a heads up, your current 500W PSU might not be enough for it. Upgrading to a better PSU is a good move!
I’d recommend looking at cards like the B580, 9060 XT, or RTX 5060. Just avoid the older models; they don't really give you the best upscaling performance. And about that PSU change? You might not need to do that, honestly. There's a lot of misinformation out there!

Yeah, but that B580 is priced around 330€ around here, and the new 9060 XT with 16GB is over 440€. Might be worth considering used options instead.
