If you can, try using a 7500F or 7600 series CPU to give yourself a bit more room for the GPU budget. However, don’t feel like you have to drop the 9600X just for an upgrade; it can still handle a lot.
The RX 9060 XT 16GB is a fantastic choice, even if it’s a bit more than your budget. It tends to perform really well for that price range, especially on sale during Black Friday.
