I'm looking to upgrade my GPU from a GTX 1080 Ti since I mainly game at 1440p with high or extreme settings. I'm considering options like the RTX 3080 or the AMD 7700 XT. Are there better GPUs I should consider, and how much of a bottleneck would my i5-10400F cause? My current specs include a Thermaltake 750 PSU and an ASRock H510 motherboard.

If you're playing at higher settings at 1440p, the RTX 3080 is definitely better than the 7700 XT. But yeah, there’s no doubt your i5-10400F will act as a bottleneck. It's worth upgrading to something more modern to keep up with newer games, especially those using ray tracing. Just think about how much you're willing to spend and maybe keep an upgrade plan in mind for your CPU, too!
Should I upgrade the GPU first and then the CPU, or tackle the CPU upgrade first?
