Hey everyone! I'm looking to replace my GTX 970 with a new GPU, but since I only game on weekends, I'm considering a couple of options. I'm eyeing the RX 9060 XT 16GB for around 390€, or the RTX 5060 Ti 16GB for about 450€. The RTX 5070 is a bit more pricey at 542€, but it seems to offer better performance. Is it worth it to pay the extra for the 5070? My setup includes a 1440p 180Hz monitor, a Ryzen 7 7700 CPU, 32GB of RAM, and an 850W gold PSU. I play games like CS2, Valorant, The Witcher 3, Red Dead Redemption 2, Cyberpunk 2077, and I'm looking forward to The Witcher 4 and GTA VI in the future.

If you're not planning on using raytracing, then the RX 9060 XT could be a solid choice. It should handle most of your games pretty well for the price. But if you plan to really push those graphics, the 5070 is definitely worth the extra cost. Just look at benchmark tests for Cyberpunk 2077 since that's a heavy-hitter.
I'd go with the RTX 5070! It has cool features like DLSS, which can help improve performance in graphics-heavy games. Plus, it seems like the best option for your 1440p setup. Just make sure to check the pricing in your area; it should be around 500€ based on some places I've seen.
You might also want to consider the RTX 4070 or the 7800 XT. They can be cheaper and still offer great performance, saving you around 70-100€. If you find them in your budget range, they could be a better value.
