Hey everyone! I'm in Egypt where graphics card prices are pretty outrageous right now. I'm looking for a good graphics card under $350. I've noticed that popular models like the RX 6700 and 6750 XT are completely out of stock. I'm not into buying used cards either because there are too many scammers in the local market. After some research, the best options I found are the RX 7600 XT for $350, the 3060 for $280, the 4060 for $300, and the RX 6650 XT for $260. What do you think is the best choice? Or is there something better I should consider?

I'd say the RX 6650 XT is a solid option. It's good value for the price point you're looking at. However, if VRAM is a concern, I'd recommend considering the 4060 for its better upscaling and ray tracing capabilities, even if it's at a similar price.

I totally get the VRAM issue! It does play a significant role in performance, especially for future-proofing.

Consider spending a bit more for the 9060 XT with 16GB of VRAM if it ever releases. It's definitely worth it in terms of performance, especially for gaming at 1080p!

That’s a bit out of my budget if it releases, but thanks for the suggestion!

Are there any 50 series cards available locally? Here, we've got loads of 50 series cards that are priced similarly to some of the 40 series options.

The 5060 is priced around $400 here, and honestly, I don't want to invest in a PCIe 5.0 motherboard because it's just too pricey.

If you're willing to look for used cards, a 3080 around $350 could be a great value. Just be cautious with sellers though! But if you're wary of getting scammed, I understand why you'd avoid them.

Yeah, the 3080 goes for around $400 used here. Scammers often don’t offer warranties. I'm really worried about putting down a lot of cash on a faulty card that could fail after a few months.
