What’s the best Intel CPU for an LGA 1700 that works well with an RTX 3080 Ti?

I recently picked up an RTX 3080 Ti at a good price and I have an LGA 1700 motherboard. Currently, I'm using an i5-12400, but I'm experiencing some GPU bottlenecking during gameplay. I want to future-proof my setup without having to buy a new motherboard. Right now, I play at 1080p because that's all my monitor supports, and I enjoy games like Arc Raiders, The Finals, and Valorant. Any recommendations for a suitable CPU?

Given the issues with Intel's 13th and 14th gen i7 and i9 processors, I'd recommend looking at something like the i5-14600K. It's reasonably priced and should perform well with your GPU. Just remember to update your motherboard's microcode first to avoid potential degradation problems with the CPU.

But dude, that motherboard won't handle an i5-14600K. It has a 4+1 VRM config, which isn't enough.
