I'm looking to upgrade my CPU to pair it with my RTX 4070 Super, but I'm not sure which Intel processor would give me the best performance. My budget is around $400, and I'm currently using an Intel i5-11400. Any recommendations?

The i9-11900K is the fastest CPU your motherboard can support, but be aware that the performance boost may not be significant. If you're keen on a real upgrade, you might need a new motherboard and RAM along with that.
