I'm looking to switch from Windows to Linux, but I'm having trouble finding a good article that recommends a distro compatible with my Intel CPU and NVIDIA GPU. I want an operating system that's customizable, privacy-oriented, and has a modern interface. My goal is to have full control over my setup, and I don't plan on changing to Ryzen. I'd love to hear your suggestions and experiences to help me out!

Honestly, most distros will work fine with your setup. Just keep in mind that NVIDIA graphics usually need proprietary drivers for the best performance, but installing them is pretty straightforward for most distributions.

I recently heard about RHEL 10.1; it might be worth checking out, though I'm not super familiar with it.

Have a look at what the auto mod suggested for choosing a distro! It could help you find what you're after.

Ubuntu and Pop!_OS are great options since they support NVIDIA out of the box. If you're worried about bloat, you might want to consider looking into minimal versions or distros known for their simplicity.
