Hey folks, I'm looking to upgrade my setup with a second monitor and would appreciate some recommendations. I often use a Windows tool for window management and like to keep multiple tabs open on Stack Overflow and other reference sites. Ideally, I want a dedicated screen just for that while I work on my primary display. I'm hoping to find something around the $300 mark. Brand isn't a big concern, but it would be great to have a monitor that's comfortable to use for long hours without causing eye strain.

If you're in the market for a solid monitor, keep an eye out for an IPS model that can rotate. I found a 200Hz IPS 1440p monitor for about $200 where I live, so I'm sure you can find something similar or even better. You might not need a high refresh rate since it will be for work, and consider checking out used options for budget-friendly choices. Just make sure it’s an IPS for better viewing angles and color accuracy.
