I'm looking for recommendations on the best motherboard to pair with the Ryzen 7 9800X3D. I primarily play games like Roblox and Siege, but I'm planning to branch out into more demanding AAA titles. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I suggest anything from $150 upwards, like a B850 or X870 model, but avoid Asrock. You’ll get similar performance across these boards; the main differences are extra expansion slots and features like M.2 drives or USB4 support.
I’m using the Asus TUF B850-PLUS and it plays nicely with my 9800X3D. It has one PCIe Gen 5 for my GPU and another for my Gen 5 SSD. It’s perfect for my needs, and I saved around $100 by opting for this over an X870!
If you're looking for recommendations, check out the MSI Godlike X870E or the MSI Carbon X670E. I've got the Carbon, and it's fantastic. You really can't go wrong with those if you're planning to stick with AM5 for a while!
Any B850 motherboard should work just fine for your needs. If budget isn't a concern and you want more USB ports, consider an X870. Just steer clear of Asrock options—they've been having issues recently with the 9800X3D chips.
