I'm planning to upgrade my system and want to use my old RX 5600 XT alongside my new 9060 XT in a dual GPU setup. I'm considering getting an 850W PSU, but I'm unsure if that's enough. Any recommendations for the right wattage?

Check out the builder on PCPartPicker. Just set up your current configuration, and it'll estimate the power draw. Aim for a PSU that can handle at least 120% of that. If you can, go for an ATX 3.X model.

I found a decent list of PSUs you might want to consider. For dual GPUs like yours, both being under 200W, an 850W PSU should work well. You might even get by with a 650W, depending on your CPU and overall usage.
