I'm looking for recommendations on a silent CPU cooler for my Ryzen 7 9700X. My budget is around $70, and I'm currently using a Fera 5 cooler with a single 120mm fan, but it's pretty noisy. Any suggestions?

If you’re looking for something different, the be quiet! Dark Rock 5 Pro could also be an option in that price range. Just throwing it out there since everyone else seems to recommend the same coolers.
Have you tried adjusting the fan curve on your current setup? The Fera 5 should be capable of working decently quiet with the right adjustments.
For about $70, definitely consider the Peerless Assassin 120 SE or the Phantom Spirit. If you’re open to AIO coolers, a 360mm cooler could also fit in your budget. They're worth looking into!
