What’s the Best Upgrade for an Intel 11400F to Eliminate Bottlenecking?

Hey all! I've got a B560 motherboard that only supports 10th and 11th generation Intel CPUs, along with an RX 9070XT graphics card. Currently, I'm using an Intel i5-11400F, but I'm noticing it bottlenecks my GPU quite a bit. In games like Valorant, I get around 180fps at 1440p, which feels low considering my setup. I'm looking to upgrade—should I go for an i9-11900K, an i9-10900K, or should I just upgrade the motherboard and switch to AMD? Also, I've got DDR4 RAM. Any advice would be appreciated!

Have you thought about getting the i7-11700K? It's usually cheaper, but offers the same number of cores and threads. The clock speed is a little lower, but you probably won't notice much difference in gaming performance.

I actually have an i7-11700KF myself. Is there any reasonable upgrade options for me without switching to AM5? I'm on an Asrock Z590 Phantom Gaming 4 motherboard. Thanks for your insights!
