What’s the best upgrade for my old PC?

I've got a really outdated desktop that still manages to run CS:GO decently, but I'm struggling with CS2, only hitting about 100 fps now. I'm looking to upgrade but can't afford to replace everything at once. I did some compatibility checks, and it turns out many of the new CPUs won't work with my current motherboard. Here's what I have: Motherboard - Gigabyte H81M-S2PH, CPU - i7-4770, GPU - GTX 1060 6GB, and RAM - 2x8GB DDR3. What do you think I should upgrade first?

I'd suggest starting with the motherboard, CPU, and RAM. Those three components will provide a good boost in performance. You can keep your GPU, power supply, storage, and case for now until you're ready to upgrade those as well. Let me know your budget, and I can help you find the best options!

Thanks for the quick answer! I think I could probably spare $300 for motherboard, CPU, and RAM.
