I'm looking for effective methods to back up over 30GB of emails from around 20 different email addresses. I need this backup as a safeguard in case something happens with my email provider, and I also want the option to delete some of the emails once I've secured them. The emails are accessed via IMAP, but they're not stored with any Google, Outlook, or Microsoft services. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Definitely take a look at Mailstore. They've got a solid product for backing up emails. Just check it out at their site if you're interested!
I recommend checking out Mailstore. It's free for personal use, and while the business license isn't too pricey, I haven't checked the current rates. It's worked well for me!
You might want to consider Recovery Manager Plus; it’s been known to handle email backups quite efficiently.
Just a thought, but why are you keeping so much data in your email long-term? It's kind of a communication tool, not a storage solution! Maybe have them archive important emails to PDFs or some proper document storage to avoid this issue down the line.
Exactly! Bad habits over time lead to bulky mailboxes. I have users dealing with Outlook issues because their mailboxes hit over 70GB!
