What’s the best way to backup Office365 emails?

I'm looking for advice on how to back up my Office365 emails. Ideally, I'd want to use Synology Hyper Backup for Microsoft 365, but unfortunately, my current Synology NAS models don't support it, and it seems like only the more expensive models do. I know that Microsoft Purview allows for downloading PST files, but I've found that the process of adding these files to Outlook can be really slow and laggy. Is there an easy alternative to Synology Hyper Backup for backing up Office365 emails?

If you consider getting a compatible Synology model, it could save you money in the long run compared to cloud services or licenses that charge per user. Just a thought!

We use AFI.AI to back up our emails, and I've been happy with it for the past three years. There are other services out there, but I chose AFI.AI and it's been great for us!

Totally agree! It's really slick software and super user-friendly.

For us, Veeam backup for O365 works perfectly fine. No complaints on that end!

I'm with you on this one, it does a solid job!

At our MSP, we rely on Cove Backup. It's really trustworthy and I've seen similar reliable options for single tenants as well.

Definitely backing Cove! It's saved me several times and the price is quite reasonable.
