I've been troubleshooting my laptop and suspect there might be hardware issues since I've tried everything possible including running all built-in diagnostic tests, and they all passed. I've even messed around with my RAM—swapping it out and repositioning it—but I'm still not convinced that's the problem. Are there any apps, command line tools, or websites that provide a comprehensive deep scan of all the hardware components?

You might want to try Hiren's Boot CD. It has some solid testing tools for RAM, CPU, GPU, and hard drives. Just keep in mind that for parts like the motherboard or power supply, you might need specialized equipment since those can be tricky to diagnose with software alone.
For testing your RAM, I recommend using Memtest86 or Memtest86+. For CPU stress testing, give Prime95 a shot—it’s great for that. For your hard disk, GSmartControl can run self-tests to check its health.

How do I get Hiren's Boot CD? Is it just a download, or is there more to it?
