Hey everyone, I'm trying to figure out the best approach to upgrade our Azure Stack HCI from version 22H2 to 23H2. I've done some homework and all the Microsoft documentation suggests it should be straightforward. However, feedback from an external company we're working with suggests that the process is a lot more complicated and time-consuming than expected. Has anyone had any experience with this upgrade? Are there any known issues or tips to share? Thanks!

We’re in a similar situation here and it looks pretty complex. According to Microsoft’s documentation (you can check it out [here](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-local/upgrade/about-upgrades-23h2?view=azloc-2503)), the upgrade process is more involved than just hitting a button. We haven't tackled the upgrade yet, so I'm really curious about how it turns out for you.
We're not ready yet, planning to go for it in June. We got a lengthy checklist from our service partner that has more steps than what I’ve seen from Microsoft. I might be able to share it afterwards – anonymized, of course!
