I'm using an AMD RX 9060 XT 8GB and I'm hitting temperatures of 90-100°C while gaming, even with the fans running at 100%. I'm considering getting a water cooling block, but I'm not sure which one to choose or if my GPU is even compatible with water cooling setups. Also, could you let me know if there are other solutions available to lower these temps? Here's a link to my build for reference: [My PC Build](https://imgur.com/a/JkLs8zm)

What's the temperature like in your room? If it's around 93°F with no AC, that could really be contributing to your overheating. Also, does your case have good front mesh panels for airflow? If not, you might want to look into improving that.
I noticed in your photo that the fans on the bottom aren't pulling enough air due to the PSU chamber blocking airflow. You might want to remove those to see if it helps your GPU get cooler.
That definitely sounds way too hot! What kind of case are you using and how many fans do you have installed? Good airflow is super important for keeping those temps down.
