I'm a beginner trying to upgrade a prebuilt PC and I'm looking for guidance on selecting the right motherboard. My setup includes a Thermaltake View 270 PLUS case, an AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D CPU, and an Aorus 5090 Master GPU, among other components. The motherboard is where I'm stuck. I need an X870E board that supports WiFi 7. I've noticed several options like the Gigabyte X870E models, ASRock Taichi, MSI, and Asus hero/apex. I initially leaned towards the X870E Master for more PCIe5 NVMe slots, but I've heard the Xtreme might be better despite having only one slot. Can anyone rank these boards for me from best to worst, given my setup? Also, any tips on what else I should consider while swapping parts, including thermal paste suggestions?

Go for the X870E Apex! It’s great for high-end builds, plus it's packed with features and strong performance. If you can’t find it, I'd rate the X870E Master second because of the extra PCIe5 slots, which could be beneficial for future upgrades.
Thanks for the recommendation! What do you think about the other options if I can't get the Apex or Master?
