What’s the Current State of InTune for Small Businesses?

I'm curious about how Microsoft InTune has improved for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) lately. The last time I checked, it seemed quite rough with a lot depending on Azure scripts and PowerShell configurations. Back then, it was still pretty new and not fully launched. We currently use Miradore for our mobile device management (MDM) across around 70 endpoints, but I'm looking for something that integrates better with Microsoft 365. Has anyone had experience with InTune recently?

InTune has come a long way and works quite well for device management and deployment on both Windows and Android. The Autopilot feature is definitely a highlight, and the integration with Defender is top-notch. Just keep in mind that the 'S' in InTune could stand for 'Speed' – it's not the fastest option out there!

Intune is definitely improving! We use it for our device management and while apps usually work fine, the Company Portal can be a bit finicky sometimes, especially during self-service installations.

It's been pretty solid for a while now! The integration with the 365 suite is quite seamless. However, be aware that it does depend on the type of Microsoft license you have for your users. What package are you currently using?

We're on Business Standard right now, but we're planning to upgrade to E5 soon.

It's great, but there's a learning curve. I've noticed many people complain about it being slow, but I think that's mostly because they're not familiar with how to use it effectively.

And it can be slow compared to GPO and MECM, that's for sure!
