I'm looking for a simple way to share a 200MB file on the internet without a lot of setup. I need to provide an installer to several hundred users, but we're using Omnissa/Horizon View. Unfortunately, the client is now behind a password-protected site. It used to be straightforward to download the client directly from the HV page, but now it requires registration, which complicates things for my users and me. I can modify the Horizon View login page to update the download link, but I need to find a way to store the file. We're on MS365 E5, if that helps. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

You might want to try wetransfer.com—it’s user-friendly and straightforward for sending large files.
You can actually use pretty much any cloud storage service for this—Dropbox, Google Drive, Mega, OneDrive, etc. Just upload the file and share the link with your users. Was that too obvious?
Waiting for the pitch on your product soon...
Have you thought about Cloudflare B2? It has very small costs and makes it easy to set up downloadable files.
You could use OneDrive and restrict access to specific emails. That way, it stays secure!
I did think about that, but I was hesitant because it requires changes at the SharePoint organization level to enable file sharing with outsiders, even with restrictions. But since Omnissa has reversed their changes, I think that file sharing is working fine again now!
Yeah, those services do work! I was really just looking for something quick since Omnissa had blocked downloads unless you registered, but it looks like they reverted those changes.
