I have an old PC that's around 10 years old and it's pretty slow. We just ordered a new one, but I need to transfer a lot of files from the old PC to the new one. What are the easiest methods to do this? Any helpful tips would be appreciated!

Cloud storage is another option if you have high file sizes, but it might take a while to upload everything from the old PC and then download it on the new one. Just make sure you have enough space in your cloud account!
One simple way to transfer your files is to remove the hard drive from the old PC and install it in the new one as a secondary drive. You'll still have access to all your files this way!
If you know how to boot from it, using a Linux live USB to access your files and then copying them to a USB drive is a solid option. Just be sure to have a spare USB drive ready for the transfer.
You could also set up a shared folder on the old PC and connect the new one to it. Just keep in mind that it depends on where your files are stored and the total size of everything.
Thanks for the tips! Cloud might take a bit longer, but I appreciate the suggestion!
