I'm putting together a PC focused on playing Cyberpunk 2077 in ultrawide 1440p without my CPU getting overwhelmed by crowd density. I've heard that the 7500F and 7600X can cause bottleneck issues. While the 7800X3D is highly rated, I'd like to find a more budget-friendly option. Would the 5 7600X3D work, or do you have other suggestions? Just to note, I plan to pair it with an RX 9070 XT.

What CPU are you currently using? If you're looking upward, the 7600X3D would be a solid choice. There are also the 7700 and 9700 models that can perform well. Keep in mind, bottlenecking can depend on both the hardware you're using and how demanding the game is. Sometimes, you might hit a bottleneck simply because the game itself has a lot going on.
What FPS are you aiming for? Remember that CPU load doesn't significantly increase with resolution, so just choose a CPU that meets your FPS goals. Check out the benchmarks for different CPUs to see what might suit you best.
