Hey everyone! I'm really confused about my Dell G5 5090 PC. It started freezing unexpectedly, and then it began showing a blue screen when I restarted it. Sometimes it's fine after a restart, but other times it just won't turn on at all. When I finally managed to get it on, it displayed a white BIOS Diagnostics screen, which froze at one second. After a few restarts, it finally booted up, but now I'm trying to reinstall Windows, and I'm getting an error that the update isn't compatible with my PC. I'm not sure what's going on, and I'm a bit overwhelmed with it all.

The blue screen mentioned some damage to your hard drive, right? That’s a big clue. If the diagnostics were testing your memory, it could indicate hardware problems. If you can, try running a more thorough test on your hard drive to rule out any serious issues. Also, make sure your BIOS is up to date!
Have you checked the blue screen error? That could help pinpoint the issue. Sounds like you might be dealing with either a corrupted operating system or possibly a failing hard drive. I'm not too familiar with that white BIOS testing screen, but it's definitely worth exploring further.
