Hey everyone! I'm about to buy a brand new high-end PC (so excited!) and I plan to use my old SSD with Windows 10 and other HDDs. I'm debating whether I should do a full reset now or wait until I build the new PC. Should I:
1. Build the new PC first, then do the reset?
2. Reset on my current setup and then move the SSD and HDDs later?
I'm concerned about the first option since something might go wrong during the reset while I'm still figuring out the new build. On the other hand, if I go with the second option, would Windows end up installing drivers for my old hardware and potentially cause issues on the new system? Would using DDU help with that? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Honestly, I recommend just moving your drives over to the new PC and doing a fresh install of Windows there. It'll save you from carrying over any old drivers that could cause issues down the line. Plus, you'll still lose everything on the Windows partition regardless, so you might as well start fresh!
