Where can I find a comfortable gaming or office chair for under £50?

I'm in need of a decent gaming or office chair because my current one is really uncomfortable and falling apart. I'm more focused on comfort than looks; I don't want a chair that's just stylish but doesn't provide support. Ideally, I'd like to find something for around £50, mainly through Amazon, but I'm open to other options too. Oh, and I'm 13 years old. Thanks for any recommendations!

Check out Facebook Marketplace! I found an amazing chair for just £20 there.

If your back is hurting, a little stretching can really help. Doing some quick stretches before bed and after getting up can make a big difference!

Finding a good chair under £50 is pretty tough. You'll probably want to look at spending closer to £100-150 for something that really provides the right support and comfort. But if you're looking for cheaper options, you could check out the IKEA Matchspel or the IKEA Markus, which can give you a decent gaming vibe. If you're okay with used chairs, local office liquidation sales might have some good finds too!

Honestly, no chair is going to be a long-term fix for back pain. You should really focus on strengthening your core muscles instead. Weighted squats and pull-ups are great, just make sure you start slow and check with a doctor to ensure you're doing the exercises correctly.

I bought a chair like [this one](https://amzn.eu/d/h3bXbkC) for £40 last Christmas, and it still works great! If you search around, you might find similar deals.

Used chairs can be a goldmine. Look for sales from big office companies that are closing down or moving offices; they often sell tidbits for a decent price.
