Hey everyone! I'm in the process of setting up an Intel Server with an S2600GZ motherboard, and I'm looking to move my Nvidia Tesla P40 to this server to enhance its computing and transcoding capabilities. However, I'm hitting a wall trying to find a suitable power cable. I discovered from the tech specs that the motherboard has 2x 4-pin 12v plugs which can convert to a 6+2 pin PCIe connector with the right cable. The only related product I found was a riser kit with a power cable on eBay for about $140, which seems excessive since I just need the cable. I've been searching for the cable alone, but I'm not having much luck finding it. Does anyone know where I can find this cable, or if there are options for custom cables?

You might want to check out some forums like level1techs or LTT forums for help—they're usually pretty knowledgeable about hardware like this. I did some digging and if I found the right diagram for your motherboard, you need a 4-pin CPU male to 6-pin male PCIe cable. Unfortunately, Amazon doesn't have what you need, but eBay seems to have some options. You may want to grab two of these cables: [https://ebay.us/m/P05Pj1](https://ebay.us/m/P05Pj1). Also, Tesla cards typically come with a dual 6 to 8 pin adapter—if not, check out this listing: [https://ebay.us/m/mgAEdt](https://ebay.us/m/mgAEdt). Good luck!
Thanks for the reply! I'll check those links and it looks like I've got a few options to follow up on.
