I recently asked for advice on a budget graphics card and several people recommended the RX 9060XT with 16GB of memory. It really doesn't matter which brand you go with. The RX 9060XT is an AMD chip, and those brands are just partners that put together the final product. Unless you know of specific issues with a certain brand, just pick the one that's the cheapest.
