I recently asked for advice on a budget graphics card and several people recommended the RX 9060XT with 16GB of memory. However, when I looked it up, I found that it's offered by multiple brands like Sapphire, Gigabyte, and ASRock. Can anyone help me understand if it matters which brand I choose, or are they all the same?

It really doesn't matter which brand you go with. The RX 9060XT is an AMD chip, and those brands are just partners that put together the final product. Unless you know of specific issues with a certain brand, just pick the one that's the cheapest.
I'd recommend the Sapphire Nitro+ if you can find it. Just a heads up, I'd steer clear of Gigabyte models as they can be hit-or-miss. But overall, any of the options will work fine for you.
All models of the RX 9060XT with 16GB will perform similarly, so go for the one that fits your budget. The brand names you see are just assembly partners; what matters most is the price.
There are actually more brands out there than just the three you've seen. All of them use the same AMD chip, but they might have different cooling solutions or designs. Generally, you should choose the more affordable models, unless you have a preference for a specific design or cooling system.
Thanks for clarifying! I had no idea there were so many options.
No problem! Just make sure to check out reviews for any specific models if you have a brand preference.

Good to know! I'll keep that in mind.
