Which Components Should I Upgrade in My PC?

I'm looking to upgrade my PC specs, which are starting to struggle with the latest games. Here's what I currently have: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 CPU, Radeon RX 570 GPU (4GB), MSI B450 Tomahawk Max motherboard, 16GB Corsair Vengeance RGB RAM (DDR4-3000), and a 650W EVGA PSU. I built this PC about five years ago and it's been solid for me, but I want to improve performance without building a whole new setup just yet. I suspect the GPU and RAM are the weak points, but I'm unsure what would pair well with my CPU and motherboard. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Definitely start with the GPU; that's where you'll see the most improvement. For RAM, consider upgrading later if you hit a budget. If your budget is $400, try to find a solid GPU within that range—maybe something mid-tier to boost your gaming experience.

Thanks! I didn’t set a budget earlier, but keeping it under $400 for upgrades is ideal.

I was in a similar boat a couple of years back. I had an older RX 580 and upgraded to a 6900 XT. That made a world of difference! I recommend focusing on the GPU first since your RX 570 is holding you back. Even a Radeon 580 would give you better performance without breaking the bank. For RAM, 32GB is nice, but it might not be critical just yet. Prioritize the GPU upgrade first, trust me!
