Which GPU Should I Choose: 3080 10GB, 3080 Ti, 4070, or 3080 12GB?

I'm looking to upgrade my GPU and have these options: a used 3080 10GB for $300, a 3080 Ti for $400, a 4070 for $400, or a 3080 12GB version for $350. My CPU is an i7-13700F, and I'm hoping to stick to a budget around $400. Could you rank these options from 1 to 4 or suggest another GPU I should consider?

I think the 3080 Ti is the best choice here—it's about 10-15% faster than the 4070 and definitely outperforms the others. Just keep in mind that it has a high power draw (over 300W). If you can manage the power requirements, I'd say go for the 3080 Ti! The 4070 is a solid pick if you want to save on power consumption or if you need a new PSU for the 3080 Ti.

That's good to know! Do you think it's worth trying to negotiate for the 3080 Ti? Like could I get it for around $370?
