Hey everyone! I'm building my first PC and I'm torn between two graphics cards: the 5060 Ti and the 9060 XT, both 16GB variants. The 9060 XT is cheaper by around $150 AUD, and I plan to stream and record videos while upgrading from a 1660 Super. I'm also pairing it with a Ryzen 5 9600X. Any advice on which GPU would be better for my needs? Thanks!

Totally, if you want seamless streaming, NVIDIA has way better upscaling options and features that are really worth the higher price. A lot of streamers I know rely on those benefits!
I think for the price difference, the 9060 XT is better value, but keep in mind that it might not perform as well in ray tracing and upscaling scenarios. If those features matter a lot to you, the 5060 Ti might be the better pick.
Honestly, either card would serve you well, but if you're looking to save some cash, the 9060 XT is a solid choice. Sure, ray tracing performance won't match the 5060 Ti and FSR4 support doesn't compare to DLSS, but performance-wise, they’re pretty close. That savings could go towards other gear you might need!
If you're focused on streaming or content creation, I'd lean towards the 5060 Ti since NVIDIA cards generally have better productivity support. But if you're looking for value, the 9060 XT is a great option too, just think about what features you prioritize most!
And just a side question, how much more do the 5070 or 9070 versions cost? Could be worth the extra if you have a bit more budget!

But just to clarify, the performance is overall less impactful for raster graphics on the 9060 XT compared to the 5060 Ti.
