I'm currently using a GTX 1080 with a Ryzen 7800X3D and 16GB of DDR5 RAM. I'm looking to upgrade my GPU in February and usually shop at Best Buy since I have a financing option there. I use dual monitors, one ultrawide at 1440p and the other at 1080p. My initial choice was the 5070 Ti, which was priced at $750, but now it's gone up to $899, although it's on sale for $794. The other options I've seen are the 5070 at $640 and the 9070 XT for $750. I'm considering just going for the 5070, but I'm not completely sure. I mostly use my computer for gaming and coding, so I'd love to get a second opinion on what I should buy, especially since the 5070 Ti is currently out of stock.

Honestly, I lean towards the 9070 XT for the best price-to-performance ratio, but if you can spare about $40 more, the 5070 Ti is really worth it too.
I'd definitely recommend the 5070 Ti if you can find it on sale. It's clearly the best choice.
For just a $50 jump to the 5070 Ti, I'd say go for it. Better ray tracing and DLSS support makes a big difference!
I just built my rig with a 7800X3D and a 9070 XT, and I think it's an awesome match for gaming and performance.
If the 5070 Ti is on sale, that's the way to go. Otherwise, the 9070 XT is a solid alternative.

Thanks for the insight! It really helps clarify my options.
