I'm about to finish my new PC build and need a GPU. Here are my specs: I'm using a 9800x3D processor, 64GB of DDR5 RAM at 7600MHz, and a 2TB 990 EVO SSD. I mainly play games but occasionally dabble in rendering with Blender. I'm considering a couple of GPUs: the Asrock Steel Legend 9070XT for $679.99 or a Gigabyte/PNY 5070ti for $749.99. At these prices, which one would you recommend for my setup?

Definitely lean towards the 5070ti if you plan to do more 3D work. There's a noticeable performance gap between the 9070XT and 5070ti for productivity tasks.
For Blender, Nvidia GPUs usually perform better. If you're just doing casual rendering, 32GB RAM is enough, but with productivity in mind, the 5070 ti is your best bet.
If you're into features like DLSS 4, the 5070ti is worth that extra cash. It'll deliver better graphics, especially if you're all about resolution and frame rates. By the way, where'd you find that 9070XT for $679.99? That's a steal!
I found it at Microcenter for $699.99! They have a sale this week, so it’s $19.99 off.
Go with the 5070ti at MSRP. The performance difference really shows. FSR isn't quite on par with DLSS yet.
Got a great deal on my setup already! Just need to decide on the GPU.
