I'm planning to upgrade my graphics card for better gaming performance, specifically to run games at 1080p on high or max settings. Here are my current specs:

- CPU: Ryzen 5 4600G
- RAM: 8GB 2666MHz single channel
- Current GPU: RX 580 2048SP
- Motherboard: BIOSTAR A320MH 2.0
- Power Supply: MSI MAG A650BN 80+ BRONZE

I'm looking for recommendations on a suitable GPU upgrade. Thanks!

With just 8GB of RAM, you might struggle with significantly higher performance from a new GPU compared to your RX 580. Most games will likely run well enough at 1080p high settings with your current setup, so consider whether an upgrade is necessary right now.

What budget are you working with for the GPU? That'll help narrow down the best options for you.

If you're thinking about an upgrade, I suggest getting a second RAM stick to go dual channel, which will help improve performance. As for the GPU, check out the B580, but don't pay more than $250 for it. It's a solid choice for 1080p gaming, requiring just one PCIe 8 pin for power.

The B580 is out of stock where I shop, what other options might be good for my setup?

Instead of the B580, consider other similar cards that fit your board and budget. Just be cautious about how they perform with your Ryzen setup, as some might underperform due to PCIe incompatibilities.
